BEAUMONT, Calif. – Tisha Alyn, a Filipino American former pro golfer turned popular golf media personality who was recently featured in Forbes’ “Women in Sports,” will host the exciting Second Philippine Airlines (PAL) USA Cup – Bong K. Tan Memorial Golf Tournament on Nov. 2 at the Morongo Golf Club at Tukwet Canyon in Beaumont.

The pioneering Filipino American creative powerhouse in the world of golf started playing golf at the young age of three. At seven years old, the Illinois native was already playing golf in competition. By the time she was 11 years old, Alyn was ranked the number one Junior in Illinois.
After shining as a college athlete at Cal State University, she turned pro. Today, Alyn has become a popular golf media personality and a passionate advocate of the LGBTQ+ community. She looks forward to hosting the Nov. 2 tournament which offers a chance to win free roundtrip PAL tickets to the Philippines.

Celebrities and PAL’s top executives are arriving from the Philippines to connect with SoCal’s Filipino American golfers in a fun and challenging tournament.
The not-to-be-missed tournament will raise funds for PAL’s various charitable programs and projects through the PAL Foundation.
ADVERTISEMENTIndividuals and teams are encouraged to join the tournament which will use the Stableford stroke play (shotgun style). The $160 registration fee includes the catered sumptuous lunch. Registration starts at 7 a.m. with tee off at 9 a.m. The PAL raffle tickets will be sold during the registration and awards reception.
